Molly Tomlin founded Crown & Courtesy on classic etiquette training and one belief: presence is a skill you build, and you can build it. Every session works toward something you can use at your next client dinner or your next boardroom introduction.

I TRAIN YOUNG PROFESSIONALS TO LEAD BEFORE THEY'RE GIVEN THE TITLE.
I trained through the English Manner & Beaumont Etiquette Train-the-Trainer Program and earned Grade 1 with Merit. I continued at The British School of Excellence and The Protocol School of Washington.
I coach young professionals on executive presence, with deep focus on client dining, entertaining, and client relations. That focus comes from watching talented people lose ground in rooms where the real test wasn't their work, it was how they carried themselves at dinner or introduced themselves to a partner.
I work across industries, but my training fits formal corporate settings especially well: finance, law, hospitality, and public relations. In those fields, a first impression sets the terms of a relationship before anyone signs anything.
Based in Dallas, I work with individuals building their own presence and with companies investing in how their teams show up. Sessions run in person or virtually, built around the specific room you're walking into next.
